Responsibilities
- Architect and document the 2026 technology vision roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption timelines
- Present strategic briefings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into 3-5 year product roadmaps
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and standards bodies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products or services
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience working with venture capital or Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Publishing record in technology forecasting or academic research
