Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps for next-gen AI systems and quantum applications
- Architect scalable solutions for metaverse infrastructure and immersive AR/VR platforms
- Drive R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and sustainable tech integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor engineers in emerging paradigms while establishing IP protection frameworks
- Present innovations to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/metaverse)
- Proven track record shipping scalable systems serving 10M+ users
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D grants or venture funding
