- Build and maintain global networks of innovation pioneers and domain experts
- Design and execute immersive foresight workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Drive innovation culture by championing experimental projects and prototyping future concepts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurist consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
