Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks for next-gen digital infrastructure
- Design human-AI collaborative systems with embedded ethical governance protocols
- Develop cross-reality (AR/VR/metaverse) integration platforms for enterprise applications
- Lead sustainability-focused technology initiatives including carbon-negative computing solutions
- Establish innovation roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market disruption timelines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and agile implementation of futuristic concepts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology interfaces and brain-computer interaction systems
- Strong background in distributed ledger technologies beyond blockchain implementation
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology paradigms
- Certification in quantum computing from IBM, Google, or similar recognized institution
