As a key member of our AI Ethics Council, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and ethicists to develop auditable AI governance protocols. You'll pioneer bias mitigation strategies and compliance frameworks for emerging technologies that will redefine industries.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using fairness metrics
- Develop compliance protocols for evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI deployment with healthcare/automotive partners
- Create transparent explainability systems for high-stakes AI decision-making
- Establish incident response protocols for AI system failures
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ML ethics, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn) and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in explainable AI (XAI) methods and model interpretability
- Published work on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) or relevant compliance standards
