Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- AI Integration: Lead the research and implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions to automate processes and enhance product offerings.
- Team Leadership: Manage a global team of architects, engineers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the migration and scaling of cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director or VP level position.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and translating them into competitive advantages.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
