- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop a comprehensive technological vision and execution strategy for the year 2026.
- Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously monitor, assess, and validate emerging tech stacks (e.g., Agentic AI, Spatial Computing) to identify high-value opportunities.
- Strategic Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives focused on futuristic problem-solving, ensuring our product portfolio is future-proof.
- Market Positioning: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for investors and stakeholders.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by recruiting top-tier visionaries and creating internal programs for future skills development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a focus on long-term horizons.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions 3-5 years out.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and advanced computing concepts.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
