What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies to ensure market readiness.
- Develop thought leadership content and white papers to establish our brand as a pioneer in the industry.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and assess their business viability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of innovative products.
- Establish partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions.
- Oversee the integration of sustainable tech practices into core operations.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
