Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs and national innovation priorities
- Lead quantum-AI fusion projects, driving breakthroughs in computational biology and climate modeling
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with governments to shape 6G infrastructure and satellite internet ecosystems
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and EU Horizon Europe
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading tech strategy at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech impacts
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling using GPT-5+ and quantum simulators
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions with measurable societal impact
