Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate innovation cycles and patent development
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Strong background in technology commercialization and startup ecosystem engagement
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., from Foresight Professionals)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovative solutions from concept to market
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
