Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10B+ parameter systems
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Prior publications at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI conferences
- Security clearance for government-contracted research
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA funding cycles
