Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's strategic vision for the 2026 technological landscape and beyond.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify high-value opportunities and threats.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of next-generation technologies into existing product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate future trends into actionable roadmaps.
- Present compelling proposals and feasibility studies to stakeholders regarding future product development.
- Monitor global tech shifts to ensure Horizon Digital Group maintains a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem relevant to 2026, including AI ethics, Web3, and automated systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences.
