- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing patent-pending 2026 solutions
- Secure $15M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical autonomous systems
- Present breakthroughs at Davos and CES Future Tech forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers in emerging disciplines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics or equivalent with quantum computing specialization
- 10+ years experience scaling R&D from lab to market
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record securing federal innovation grants
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic systems
- Experience with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly languages
