Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) to define strategic 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for industry disruption and market evolution
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with engineering, design, and product leadership
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify next-generation investment opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
