Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Drive innovation through partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, academic institutions, and global R&D centers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and maintain relationships with industry thought leaders and venture capital networks
- Mentor senior technologists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
