Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging tech evaluations for investment opportunities
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive use cases
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem expansion
- Report on KPIs and ROI for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
- Certifications in cloud architecture or data science preferred
- Portfolio of implemented tech transformation projects
