You'll shape our 5-year technology vision while ensuring alignment with market demands and ethical innovation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups into our ecosystem
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-backed projections
- Champion ethical innovation principles and responsible development frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, and biotech convergence trends
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
