Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neural interface usability studies using quantum-encrypted EEG/fNIRS sensors
- Develop proprietary cognitive accessibility frameworks for AR/VR environments
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to prototype brain-controlled interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops on neuroinclusive design principles
- Analyze multimodal biometric data to optimize user journeys
- Architect ethical AI guidelines for neural data processing
- Present research findings to C-suite and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years experience with neural interface technologies (BCI, EEG, fNIRS)
- Proficiency in quantum computing environments (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in ACM CHI or IEEE VR conferences
- Expertise in neurodivergent user testing methodologies
- Fluency in Python, R, and MATLAB for data analysis
- Experience with AR/VR development frameworks (Unity, Unreal Engine)
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
