Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and emerging standards
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI on future-tech initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ethical AI development principles
