Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and government affairs teams
- Author thought leadership publications for MIT Tech Review and Nature Futures
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA programs
- Mentor startup accelerator cohorts in emerging tech commercialization
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on societal impact of technological convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech commercialization at scale
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-defining tech implementations (quantum/AI/climate)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on tech ethics or futures
- Top-tier consulting or Big Tech innovation leadership background
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor scaling and quantum error correction
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and simulation modeling tools
