Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to pilot implementation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive ethical tech frameworks and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Portfolio of past tech innovation initiatives required
