Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible deployment frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
