We are looking for a visionary Future Tech Strategist 2026 to lead our innovation lab. Responsibilities
- Technology Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging technology trends relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technology strategies and implementation plans that align with the company's business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for innovative projects.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to ensure our technology stack remains competitive and future-proof.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to define technical specifications for next-generation products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (Masterās degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a strategic technical role, R&D, or innovation management within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure, and future computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying high-impact technology trends and translating them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
