- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives for 2026+
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry labs
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling global R&D teams and budgets >$20M
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
