Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting emerging technologies including quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and bio-integrated systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateX as an industry thought leader
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact innovation initiatives
- Maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Oversee R&D budget allocation and resource optimization for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong presentation skills with history of influencing executive stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly desirable
