Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, decentralized systems, bio-integrated tech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic acquisition or partnership opportunities
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Drive ethical tech implementation frameworks for responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
