- Architect and lead 3-5 year R&D roadmaps for next-gen technologies
- Secure $5M+ annual research funding through NIH/NSF grants
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams in quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Future Tech Summits
- Patent 2+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor PhD researchers and industry fellows
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Bio-Nanotechnology
- 10+ years in R&D with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in research grants
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA projects
- Strong background in sustainable tech innovation
