Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with 15+ engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs on joint research initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists via our 'Emerging Tech Academy' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling AI/blockchain/IoT implementations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent accreditation preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
