Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends across quantum, AI, biotech, and sustainable computing sectors
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge insights
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their potential impact on innovation ecosystems
- Mentor junior team members in future-proofing methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFP)
