Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, integrating Generative AI with Spatial Computing platforms.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling real-time AI inference in mixed-reality environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and designers to prototype and ship breakthrough features.
- Collaborate with product leadership to identify emerging trends in Web3 and decentralized infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance in next-gen applications.
- Mentor junior and senior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and their application in interactive environments.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in AR/VR development frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and edge computing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
