Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with overarching business objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including next-generation AI, quantum computing concepts, and advanced cloud architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to prototype future-facing solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to anticipate tech trends and position the company as an industry pioneer by 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for strategic innovation hubs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of forward-looking technology investments.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and technology summits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA highly preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, or emerging tech innovation.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling next-generation technologies from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning operations (MLOps), and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a future-oriented mindset.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
