Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, focusing on emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive innovation by researching and prototyping new technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to security standards across all projects.
- Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Manage technical debt and oversee system architecture improvements for long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Machine Learning and AI system design.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
