Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end creation of the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) for potential integration into our core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract business concepts into concrete technical strategies.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies.
- Manage a budget for innovation initiatives and research & development.
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders, investors, and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of emerging trends, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
