Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive **2026 technical roadmap** in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives for emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum computing, and next-gen interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into scalable technical architectures.
- Mentor a high-performing team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape and propose mitigation strategies.
- Present technical visions and progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML frameworks, and scalable system design.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends and disruptions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
