Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data volumes.
- Lead GenAI R&D: Spearhead the development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with our vision for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Improve model latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; hands-on experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in designing LLMs, fine-tuning models, or working with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical visions to diverse audiences.
