We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to spearhead our innovation architecture. In this role, you won't just manage existing tech stacks; you will architect the infrastructure that will power the next generation of human-machine interaction, leveraging emerging breakthroughs in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Spatial Computing, and Quantum Readiness.

Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AGI integration and quantum-safe protocols.
- Lead the Research & Development (R&D) team in prototyping cutting-edge spatial computing interfaces and immersive environments.
- Ensure architectural scalability and security for next-gen AI models deployed at scale.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible data governance in emerging tech ecosystems.
- Evaluate and integrate new hardware and software paradigms relevant to the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving innovation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
