- Tech Innovation: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a cross-functional team of senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that can handle future growth.
- Process Optimization: Establish best practices for agile development and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
