In this role, you won't just maintain current systems; you will build the foundational frameworks for Autonomous Quantum Intelligence. You will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable AI deployment, ensuring our solutions are secure, ethical, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architecture for next-generation AI models integrating quantum computing concepts.
- Lead a high-performance team of AI engineers and quantum physicists in developing proprietary algorithms.
- Ensure system resilience and data sovereignty in a decentralized future landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026, anticipating shifts in regulatory standards and computational power.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex future-tech concepts into user-centric applications.
- Oversee security protocols for neural network training environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in quantum computing or high-performance computing (HPC).
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ for system-level programming.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their ethical implications.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and edge computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
