- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable product roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies while maintaining ethical compliance protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present quarterly future-tech impact assessments to the board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years tech leadership experience
- Proven track record launching products in quantum computing, AI, or climate tech sectors
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act compliance)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals (2020-2023)
