- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis of quantum/AI/AR/VR landscape
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic briefings to board and investors quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists in technology foresight methodologies
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn experience
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred
