Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for next-gen innovations
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and biotech integration
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and external investors
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with market impact potential
- Drive patent portfolios for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
