Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 'Horizon 2026' initiative, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and market trends.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to prototype and validate futuristic technologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify viable opportunities for integration.
- Manage high-level project lifecycles, from conceptualization to pilot deployment, ensuring delivery within ambitious timelines.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-term projects with a focus on future trends.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
