Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the next 3-5 years, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategy into detailed execution plans, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
- Resource Allocation: Advise leadership on resource planning and budget allocation to maximize the impact of our strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the 'Future Labs' initiative to prototype and validate concepts for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mindset: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
