Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for next-generation technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and Quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Define and execute a roadmap for technology adoption that aligns with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, engineers, and product managersâto translate complex concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the security and scalability of our systems, ensuring they are resilient against future threats and demands.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and future applications.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
