- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 15+ specialists
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Anticipate market disruptions through data-driven scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technology adoption cycles and market analysis
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Proficient in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., scenario planning, SWOT)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
