Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to forecast emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into our strategic planning.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design high-level system architectures that can handle exponential data growth and future computational demands.
- Prototype Future Tech: Hands-on involvement in proof-of-concept (PoC) development for next-gen interfaces and automation protocols.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Spearhead internal hackathons and innovation labs focused on disruptive technologies for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders across all departments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI and ethical data usage in future environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in senior technical architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or visionary leadership role.
- Emerging Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing basics, or Blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to look beyond current limitations and anticipate future industry shifts.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Communication Skills: Superior ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical executives and investors.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
