Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our proprietary 2026 Era AI platform, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design Neural Architectures: Spearhead the design of complex neural network topologies optimized for real-time learning and inference.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters to support massive model training and fine-tuning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate advanced AI concepts into deployable, user-centric solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; proficiency in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker); experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and architect systems capable of evolving rapidly.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving critical technical challenges in high-load environments.
