Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Lead the architectural planning and roadmap definition for the 2026 product suite, identifying emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable, and secure system architectures that support rapid growth and innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and forward-thinking problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D units to pilot and integrate futuristic technologies into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and AI integration frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and translate high-level visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
