Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of the 2026 Core Infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reduce latency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Strong command of languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
