Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration and futuristic tech adoption.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future loads.
- Collaborate with product management to translate 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and select third-party technologies that align with our forward-looking goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning systems.
- Deep understanding of system design patterns, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major architectural transitions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
